grepで複数パターン

-e オプションを複数指定するとか GNU 拡張じゃないかと思ったが。

Multiple -e and -f options shall be accepted by the grep utility. All of the specified patterns shall be used when matching lines, but the order of evaluation is unspecified.

ちゃんと規格に書いてた。shall なところが多少微妙なところではあるが。
あと、正規表現じゃない時は fgrep のがよいとかパターンは改行区切りで複数入力できるとか、-f オプションでパターンをファイル入力にできるとかいろいろ。
